أحكام التصوير في الحد و التعزير = The Provisions of Photography in Reducing and Ta,Zir

Abstract

1- It forbids filming the person who executed when executed, when the imaging is for watching and entertainment and to re-watch the scene or to watch others him for the evidence for transport and mental. 2- It forbids filming the person who executed when executed for intent to ridicule because this is injustice that deprived him of Allah in Quran and Sunnah. 3- Portray a person who was executed so that others learn a lesson forbidden and prohibited, even if he assiduously judge and his order based on the predominance his thinking in achieving the interest because filming the person who executed - in this case - increase on the thing that Allah commanded and the increase on the thing without justification is forbidden. 4- No problem with judge who fears Allah and knows his laws and his rules to judge on any one must for him fairly legit to increase the punishment when he finds the rationale for it by the offender and he thinks it most likely , when there is a reason for this by the offender and thinks it most likely or make sure that the general interest required considerations of legitimacy and mentality and the difference between the diligence for the judge in this case and the case which we mentioned it before is that Portray a person who was executed so that others learn a lesson forbidden and this is wrong but an increase in this case has a legitimate reason. 5- It prefers to portray a person who will be executed because the authorities need official documentation to display it on the right holder who cannot prohibitions implementation because of disease or prison or travel or other reasons. 6- Must portray a person who was executed when a afraid the concerned authority to establish border they may face pressure from parties or internal organization or that the state may face threats or pressure from states but provided that the person who photos punishable under good people, be complete confidentiality in order preserve the right of the person and his family of defamation and damage of their reputation.
