Abstract
Relevance of the research topic. One of the ways to improve and improve the methodology of training athletes is the implementation of a scientifically based system of fitness control, as it is the basis of effective management of the educational and training process at all stages of multi-year sports improvement. Therefore, the issue of monitoring the sports training of young dancers at the stage of preliminary basic training is an urgent scientific and practical task. The purpose of the research is to study the dynamics of indicators of general and special physical fitness of young dancers at the stage of initial training. Research methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of special scientific and methodical literature; pedagogical observation; pedagogical testing, methods of mathematical statistics. The research was organized and conducted on the basis of the Vinnytsia club "Academy of Ballroom Dance". 37 boys and girls of 7-8 years of age from the group of initial training of the second year year of school took part in the research.Work results. A feature of our experimental methodology is the use of means with methodical approaches implemented in choreographic training, rhythmic exercises, music and dance games and exercises for the development of physical qualities. The analysis of the results shows that there were statistically significant changes in general and special qualities in boys and girls aged 7-8. Conclusions.
