Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of participation of educational organizations in the development of an innovative economy. The article examines the groups of competencies of the innovative economy: technical, behavioral, cognitive and social competencies. In addition, four scenarios for the transformation of the domestic education system have been identified in accordance with the requirements of an innovative economy and modern trends in the development of educational activities. The work also proposes a model for assessing the quality of educational and scientific activities of educational organizations in the context of developing the competencies of an innovative economy among students. The proposed model includes five key areas for assessing the quality of educational and scientific activities of educational organizations in accordance with sixteen criteria. This model can be used by educational organizations for self-assessment of the quality of educational and scientific activities.
