Abstract

Academic credit bank system has been started fairly evaluate and recognize the learning outcomes of various lifelong education programs, effectively providing individual learning results. While the Academic credit bank system has an institutional basis for building a lifelong learning society, it is pointed out that quality management of Academic credit bank system institutions and learning abilities of learners are lower than those of general universities.
