Abstract
Salmonella, coli group bacteria, staphylococci, molds and yeast have been isolated from poultry slaughter- ing department air during the research. The results show the necessity of regular monitoring of air microbial contamina- tion with using modern air sampling at all sections of product producing and packaging line. It is necessary also to sanitary treat ventilation ducts with using of modern ways and to develop ways for air microbial contamination reduction.
