Abstract

Statement of the problem. At present, the problems of the media space of young people and society in general are being investigated by many scientists. Among these problems is the provision of conditions for teaching to create media content by students of technical specialties. In the context of solving this problem, it is necessary to define a list of competences as planned results of training in the discipline “Information technologies in the digital economy”. The purpose of the article is to develop and classify the competencies acquired by students in the implementation of media education projects. The methodology of the study is based on the analysis and synthesis of normative and legal documents in the field of higher education, scientific and research works of international and Russian scientists recognized by the scientific community, and on the experience of implementation of media educational projects by students of various fields of training. Research results. On the basis of the competence approach, the planned results of training during the implementation of media education projects aimed at the formation of professional and universal competences of students have been clarified and formulated. Practice-oriented scheme of implementation of media educational project satisfying these results is proposed. Conclusion. The refined training results proposed in the article can be used to organize the assessment of the results of media education projects in the development of various types of media content. Application of the developed practice-oriented scheme of implementation of media education projects is possible on the basis of other disciplines and fields of training.
