Abstract

Fish processing is carried out in several stages, which contributes to the emergence of an increasing number of small and medium-sized businesses that use business processes, advanced technologies and high-quality raw materials in their work. At the same time, they, carrying out the production of certain types of products, have the opportunity to expand their range. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of improving business processes in the production of fish products in the Perm Region. Using the example of an individual entrepreneur, it is shown how even a small fish processing enterprise, using new technologies and recipes, can become profitable and take a stable position in the regional market of fish products.
