Abstract

The article presents the regional differences in food consumption by population of Russian Federation determined by deviations from the minimum and rational norms. Integrated assessment of the nutritional value of the food ration for the subjects of Russian Federation, based on the author’s methodology, is presented. In conclusion, the authors propose measures to improve the information content for diagnostics of the regional differentiation of food consumption.
