Abstract

The processes of deglobalization and multipolarity, changing the trend of Russia's development in the global economic paradigm require the immediate formation of a new model of economic development of the country, based on new industrialization and a departure from policies focused on the development of raw materials exports. This imperative determines, in particular, the need for an early reorientation of strategic priorities and industrial policy of Russian regions to achieve technological breakthroughs in various industries. The article analyzes the capabilities of the Republic of Bashkortostan to implement the policy of new industrialization, and concludes that it is necessary to take a comprehensive set of measures to overcome the inertia of industrial development with a focus on raw materials.
