Abstract

The scientometrics of studies of the public sector shows their growing relevance in the context of meeting the production needs of its subjects through public procurement, the increase in the efficiency of which has not insured the completion of their electronicization. The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of electronization on the efficiency of public procurement and to offer software products that provide automation of customer operations. For this reason, a multiple regression model was built based on the World Bank's Global Public Procurement Database, which has proven the greatest impact of the availability of information control systemson the economy.
