Abstract

The main idea of the article is the creation of safe working conditions at the enterprise with the help of labor motivation. In the modern system of occupational risk management in production, the importance of encouraging the safe behavior of an employee is increasing. The article studies the problems of labor motivation among employees working in hazardous production facilities. The reasons for non-compliance with the basics of safety regulations are considered. The result of this article is the development of recommendations for improving safe working conditions at especially hazardous production facilities.
