Abstract
Agreements establishing relations of subordination between legal entities are the least studied in the science of civil law. Despite the fact that Russian legislation contains the legal basis for the use of such agreements in practice, at the same time, it lacks a detailed elaboration of its conditions. In this regard, it seems necessary and relevant to conduct a theoretical study of the legal nature of the agreement regulating the relationship between the main and subsidiary companies.
