Abstract
Gas is extremely important in the modern economy, therefore, the specification of the concept of «gas» is of particular importance. In particular, it is most important when drafting international treaties and agreements. Clarifying the concept of «gas» and considering its use in various documents is an urgent task. The analysis carried out in this article shows that almost all activities related to natural gas in the Republic of Armenia are regulated by the laws of the country, and this does not give grounds for comments or discrepancies.
