Abstract

This paper examines the problems and various aspects of managing entrepreneurial projects in the Russian oil and gas complex. In order to identify areas of key problems, sources and factors of their occurrence, as well as opportunities and prospects for the development of sectoral entrepreneurial projects, a typology of entrepreneurial projects implemented in the oil and gas complex has been carried out. As one of the most pressing barriers to the effective implementation of entrepreneurial projects in the oil and gas complex, the problems of developing and making current and strategic management decisions in the project are considered. Taking into account the specifics of the implementation of entrepreneurial projects in the oil and gas complex, the classification of decisions in project management is described and a procedure for making a managerial decision in a project in the form of a series of successive stages is proposed. The main criteria for the quality of management decisions on the project are given.
