Abstract

The article is devoted to the problem of understanding global health as a multidimensional political phenomenon. It is shown that global health system is a political-institutional and managerial model that involves the transformation of principles, institutions and practices of international cooperation in the field of public health, taking into account the current crisis trends of planetary development and current threats of the 21st century. The authors argue that the implementation of a system approach in the process of studying global health as a complex configuration involves the allocation of three levels of analysis of its specifics and structural organization: conceptual-semantic (doctrinal), institutional-organizational and func-tional-practical.
