Approaches are identified to quantify the sustainability of QMS through an integrated sustainability indicator consisting of process quality objectives as separate indicators of the system’s parameters. The stages of setting quality objectives and their follow-up are presented in the form of a structural model for ensuring the sustainability of QMS. The article considers goal-form of calculation of complex index of stability depending on the stage of organization-ion development of enterprise. The hypothesis is made that the process of reaching the boundary of the stage of organizational development is similar to the law of logistic growth of the population, open to P. F. Ferhülst. Dynamics of change of stability of QMS is presented in the form of logistic function (solution of Ferhülst equation). Monitoring of the complex index of sustainability of QMS will predict the approach of crisis of development of enterprise, to conduct system organizational measures and to reach the next level of development.
