Abstract

This study examines the effects of airline flight attendant job environments on to job satisfaction and job performance In order to achieve that purpose, empirical research was conducted using questionnaires given to 242 flight attendant who work internal full service carrier. The data collected were analyzed with the SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0 statistics package. Research results show three significant findings. First, intrinsic and extrinsic environment had positive effect on intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction. Secondly, intrinsic and extrinsic satisfaction had positive effect on job performance. Third intrinsic and extrinsic environment had negative effect on job performance. We suggest the regular education program and reasonable job condition should be run by the airline as this have positive influence to job satisfaction and job performance.
