Abstract
Modern market conditions and the process of carrying out production and economic activities at industrial enterprises require constant improvement and control in the motivation management system. A well-planned and timely implemented program for motivating and stimulating personnel is the main means of ensuring the quality and effective utilization of the labor resources of the enterprise. The aim of this article is to propose an updated management approach to employee motivation based on the analysis of modern incentive tools for their implementation in a printing enterprise with the goal of reducing staff turnover and maintaining stable competitive positions in the domestic market amidst foreign capital outflow.
