Abstract
This study is to establish an education system for assessing and managing marine fisheries resources for achieving sustainable fisheries, which are known to be at a significantly degraded state. Typical contemporary methodologies for fish stock assessment and management were reviewed. The mechanism and process of knowledge acquisition were analyzed and restructured, based on Zhang (2019)
