Abstract

This study analyzed the criminal response of the Chu-Kukcheong(推鞫廳) to the late Joseon Dynasty’s Malse-ron(末世論) case. The Joseon Dynasty established a legal control system for conspiracies to challenge national sovereignty, and established the Chu-Kuk-cheong.
