Abstract

This study was conducted to check the operation status of disabled product sales facilities that were not included in the study and to develop evaluation indicators to operate efficiently. To this end, previous studies related to disabled product sales facilities were analyzed, administrative data were analyzed to confirm the operation status, and an evaluation index plan for sales facilities was prepared and presented through focus group interviews. As a result of this study, the following policy suggestions were made. First, prior education and sufficient discussion should be provided to enhance the necessity and justification for the evaluation of facilities for the sale of products produced by the disabled and to ensure that facilities for sale can be accepted without resistance. Second, thorough preparation by the evaluation entity is required for the effective and efficient evaluation of products produced by the disabled. Third, it is necessary to prepare a system for utilizing evaluation results that can be used to improve the operation of sales facilities.
