공공체육시설 관리자가 인식하는 운영실태의 문제점 및 개선방향: FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 중심으로

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the management and operation status of public sports facilities and to suggest improvement plans by deriving problems. In line with the purpose of this study, in-depth interviews and FGI (Focus Group Interview) were conducted for managers of public sports facilities in Gyeonggi-do. As a result of the analysis according to the purpose of this study, the factors for the successful operation of public sports facilities are as follows. First, user satisfaction was analyzed as the most important factor for successful operation of public sports facilities to enhance user satisfaction. Second, it was analyzed as a problem requiring expansion of the main and auxiliary facilities of public sports facilities. Third, securing and managing manpower was analyzed as an important factor for the successful operation of public sports facilities. Fourth, for the successful operation of public sports facilities, a management policy that considers publicity rather than profitability is necessary. Lastly, it was analyzed that the expansion of facilities and programs for the socially underprivileged was necessary as a factor for the successful operation of public sports facilities.
