Abstract
This paper considers organizational pathologies as negative structural developments in the functioning and evolution of microelectronics. Most common pathologies and their influence on microelectronics are discussed. Classification of these pathologies and an analysis of their causes are given, with suggestions on possible ways to overcome their negative influence.
