Abstract

The purpose of the study is in the process of analyzing the problem of choosing educational route teachers to disclose the content and methods of designing the individual educational trajectory of the personality-professional development of a young teacher. The article discusses the results of the study of the choice of the educational route with young educators. The problems of designing individual educational routes of personal-professional development of young educators are actualized: a deficit of personalized advanced training programs, insufficient experience of young teachers for the introduction of pedagogical innovation, lack of support for the development of the personal potential of young teachers in educational organizations. The problem of concretizing the teachers of professional goals, assessing the possibilities of their achievement and designing an individual educational route in the allotted time period, which actualizes the problem of research. As a result of the analysis of theory and practice, the problems of choosing an individual educational route with young educators were identified.
