This topic is relevant, since today the world community faces many common threats and challenges almost daily: international, interethnic conflicts, terrorism, combat and mili-tary operations. Of course, the nature of conflicts and violence has changed significantly since the foundation of the United Nations, but confrontation between the states has existed and exists to this day.
