Abstract
In article examines trends in the commercialization of innovation in forestry. It was found that the lack of incentives for the purchase of innovative products and technologies at the tenants of forest areas of the Russian Federation is a problem of late and defective reforestation. In the example of the Voronezh region shows characteristics of innovation processes in forest regenera-tion. In forestry, significantly different climatic risk and low investment attractiveness, the main motive for the acquisition of innovative technologies is the price.
