Abstract

The article deals with an actual problem related to the provision of the physical and mental health of Russian schoolchildren using the Internet resources. The article gives consistent dynamics of the legal acts and amendments to the federal laws governing the activities of the World Wide Web area that prevent children and adolescents from accessing information that are dangerous for them, as well as tightening the responsibility (including criminal) for involving young Internet users into destructive online communities.
