Abstract

This article proposes a riskological approach to the creation of a water supply management system for the territories of the Crimean regions, based on the integrated use of the main provisions of the risk theory, the theory of possibilities, and expert AGIS technologies. The created innovative model of water use management in Crimea should take into account the possibility of the impact of negative natural and technogenic factors on the qualitative and quantitative indicators of water in surface and underground sources and the consequences of this impact on the population, economic activity and the ecology of the assessed territories.
