Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate effects of distributed leadership on psychological empowerment anc organizational citizenship behavior.
 Method: The sample used for verification was 332 employees of a five-star hotel in Gangwon-do, A survey was conducted from October 19 to November 9, 2020.
 Results: Hypothesis verification results using SPSS 23.0 (for Windows, NY, IBM Corporation) programs first distributed leadership was found to have a positive (+) effect on organizational citizenship behavior, second distributed leadership had a positive (+) effect on psychological empowerment, third psychological empowerment had a positive (+) effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
 Conclusion: Consequently, These findings will present new leadership of service companies in an untact environment after the COVID-19 pandemic.
