Abstract

Issues of the state and possible directions of development of Russian-Belarusian relations within the framework of the Union State are studied. The specificity of the challenges that are relevant for union building is analyzed. The content and dominants of the official discourse of Russia and Belarus on the issues of bilateral integration interaction are studied, taking into account the risks of political nature. The Union State is considered as a model of the most possible deep integration in the CIS space.
