Abstract

In the soil protection system of agriculture, soil-free tillage plays a decisive role in preventing the wind and water erosion development, in the regulation of its physical, chemical and biological properties, contributing to a more complete use of soil and climate resources for obtaining higher and more stable crop yields. The design of the unit, which operates with a pulsed impact of the compressed air flow, is developed, at which, upon the command of the control system, automatic operation of the pneumatic solenoid valves ensures the supply of compressed air from the high-pressure balloon through the microcircuits to the pneumatic tubes. Streams of compressed air are sent to the ground, where a “micro-explosive” air local impact on the soil and its loosening occurs. The technical and technological parameters of the device operation are determined. The unit, in one pass, cleaves the soil in a vertical plane to the installation depth, destroys the soil layer with pulsating blows of compressed air, loosening and leveling the surface.
