Abstract

The article discusses various aspects of the development of legal entrepreneurship in the oil industry. Using the methods of generalization, comparison, system analysis and hypothetical-deductive reasoning, the study studied the current state and specificity of the problems of the legality of entrepreneurship in the oil industry. The article describes the results of the analysis of theoretical concepts for the study of illegal entrepreneurship and shadow financial and economic activities. The determinants of the formation of illegal entrepreneurship in the oil industry and the barriers to its legalization are highlighted.
