Abstract

The paper identifies the factors that influence the success of university IT projects: effective teamwork organization, relevance for a specific target audience, ability to assess risks and calculate resources, clear project implementation plan, literacy in compiling the necessary documents, ability to present work results. Using a grant-winning project that involved developing a website for a computer-graphics event as an example, the authors argue the importance of taking into account the indicated factors and the main provisions of the paper.
