Abstract
The article presents some experience and outcomes of introducing a demo examination into a pedagogical establishment of higher education (Altai State Pedagogical University). In order to provide theoretical generalization there has been realized a complex integrated review of practical evaluation and implementation of a demo exam as an alternative option during midterm and end-of-term (final) academic assessment of the students getting instruction in pedagogical universities.
