Abstract
The article highlights the essence and content of the formation of innovations, innovative processes, an effective innovation ecosystem based on innovative thinking, digitalization, the development of internal and external integration of science, education and production. The factors influencing internal and external integration in the years of independence are analyzed, the relationship with the increase in the number of innovative enterprises, small businesses and the volume of products, works, services.
