Abstract

The article proposes an approach to building performance management models for IT departments. The transition from classical financial key performance indicators to indicators of optimization of cost and time parameters is substantiated, taking into account the specifics of the organization of production of IT solutions and systems. The applicability of indicators of achievement of efficiency, their influence on the motivation of employees of departments was analyzed. A methodology for developing a model for managing the effectiveness of an IT department is presented. The issues of implementation of models and their improvement are considered, taking into account the analysis of the practical experience of Russian companies.
