Abstract

The article discusses the peculiarities of changing approaches to the strategizing of human resources in the system of public administration. The types and methods of formation of personnel strategy are described, new technologies of organization of this process in modern conditions are considered. The principles of formation and development of personnel potential of employees in the system of public administration acquire special social significance and relevance, which ensures its rational implementation and development. The key conclusion is that the formation and development of human resources in the public administration system should be carried out in accordance with a multiprincipled approach that determines the success of the implementation of personnel policy aimed at the socio-economic development of Russia.
