Abstract

This article examines ways of regulating investment activities in foreign countries, including the USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, China, and Japan. Based on the world practice of attracting investments to the economy, it is stated that the state should create a clear and stable legal framework, and first of all, it is necessary to develop an appropriate system of state regulation of investment activities in the person of special authorized bodies.
