Abstract

In the article the problem of the valuating criteria of the high military institute (HMI) instructor’ professional competence define is considered. The examples for the structure of the instructor professionalism competence criteria forming on the base of professional-educational, professional-active and professional-personal system components are given. The instructor’ professional competence in HMI represented as a hard structure of relationships and connections of elements that the standard criteria of professionalism are.
