Abstract
The article analyzes the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and other normative legal acts on which security in the field of religion is based. The concept of “religious security” is considered, the need for its consolidation in legislation is noted due to the existence of serious threats in this area aimed at destabilizing constitutional and legal relations. Recommendations have been developed to minimize them by legal means.
