Abstract

Direct and indirect methods of state regulation of agricultural production are considered. The need for state intervention in the agricultural production process is due to a number of reasons. Features of the functioning of the agricultural sector require the alignment of social conditions, the quality of life of urban and rural populationsNoted financial, organizational and political support of developed countries, considered as a mandatory direction of state policy. The article highlights that state regulation of agriculture in developed countries is a complex mechanism that contains tools for influencing farmers ‘ incomes, the structure of agricultural production, the agricultural market, the social structure of the village, inter-industryandinter-farmrelations.
