Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among psychological capital, job engagement and organizational citizenship behavior of fitness center leaders. In this study, 243 participants Were used. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling using SPSS 21.0 program and AMOS 21.0 program. Based on the results and discussions, the following conclusions were obtained. First, as a result of analyzing the relationship between the psychological capital of the fitness center leaders and job engagement, all variables such as self-efficacy, hope, and resilience of psychological capital had a significant effect on job engagement. It turned out to be a very important variable to increase enthusiasm. Second, the relationship between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior of fitness center leaders has significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior, self-efficacy and hope, which are sub- factors of psychological capital, and resilience has no effect. However, in most of the previous studies, resilience has been identified as an important variable affecting organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, fitness centers should implement various methods to increase organizational citizenship behavior based on leaders resilience. Third, as a result of analyzing the relationship between job engagement of the fitness center leader and organizational citizenship behavior, job engagement had a significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. It is confirmed that high fitness of fitness leader is positive for organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, fitness center managers should implement various strategies to increase the job engagement of leaders.
