Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the structural relationship among vocational calling, job attitude, and organizational citizenship behavior of employees in sport organizations.<BR> Method: Total of 250 questionnaires were distributed and 211 were returned usable. Techniques for data analysis were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling using SPSS and AMOS programs.<BR> Results: The results were as follows. First, vocational calling had no significant effects on job burnout. Second, vocational calling had significant effects on job engagement. Third, vocational calling had significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, job burnout had no significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior. Fifth, job engagement had significant effects on organizational citizenship behavior.<BR> Conclusion: This study conveys the importance of vocational calling for employees in sport organizations to lead job burnout, job engagement, and organizational citizenship behavior for the employees in sport organizations and it provides academic and practical implications.
