Abstract

Every entrepreneur is under uncertainty since the pandemic and is forced to manage his business in real time, developing operational plans for the company’s development in order to respond quickly to events. The article examines the socio-economic conditions resulting from the sanctions pressure and inevitably affecting entre-preneurial activity in Russia, to which it is necessary to adapt in order to ensure the sustainability of the econo-my. An important role in supporting the national economy is played by small and medium-sized businesses as the most mobile subject of the entrepreneurial environment. The article aims to identify trends affecting the work of business entities in the current conditions of ongoing uncertainty, and to analyze the role of small and medium-sized businesses in ensuring the mobility of the national economy.
