Abstract

The article provides a methodology for the organizational and economic justifi cation of the competence center, which consists in constructing an algorithm for the center’s activities, consisting of such stages as the development of an eff ective organizational structure, the calculation of the number of staff units based on the formed organizational structure, the determination of the main fi nancial indicators, the study scenarios for the development of the center of competence by comparing the value of revenue with the value of break-even. This comparison will make it possible to determine the impact of changes in the main fi nancial indicators of the competence center on the break-even value and develop measures to increase the effi ciency of its work. The organizational and economic justifi cation for the activity of the center of competence is based on the construction of a process model for managing the center, the essence of which is to determine the main stages for organizing the digital transformation of the customer and training employees in digital professional competencies. The algorithm of the competence center is based on the following main stages: coordination of the project development strategy with customers, preparation of terms of reference for digital transformation, organization of the creation of an ecosystem for digital transformation of the customer’s company, preparation of terms of reference for an individual learning path, development of a program training in digital competencies, training customer employees in digital competencies, consulting on digital transformation programs, adapting customer employees to changes, monitoring the eff ectiveness of digital transformation processes. The article provides a methodology for calculating the main fi nancial indicators of the competence center — revenue, profi t, break-even. In addition, a methodology for calculating the revenue part of the competence center from the implementation of research, consulting and scientifi c activities is given.
