Abstract

The article discusses issues related to modern methods of professional training of civil servants of the Republic of Dagestan. Currently, the Government of the Republic of Dagestan is striving to optimize the process of professional training of civil servants using artificial intelligence and digital resources. New technologies, methods, and resources for the professional development of government civil servants increase the effectiveness of the organization and its image. The key concepts of “professional development” and “competence” are analyzed, the essence of the competence approach is characterized, the difficulties of implementing this approach in the system of professional development in the Government of the Republic of Dagestan are revealed. The article discusses interactive teaching methods, their validity of implementation, so that, within the framework of any discipline, it is possible to reduce the contradictions that have developed between the requirements for specialists indicated at the legislative level and the current results of educational activities.
