Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the perception of the expiration date indication system and to suggest the necessity of policy support for raising the perception of consumers and establishing a stable system. SPSS 22.0 program was used for statistics, and frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were conducted. First, the perception of reliability and quality perception of the expiration date marking system had a positive effect, but the perception of safety had a negative effect. Third, consumer attitude had a significant effect on purchase intention.Consumers should be able to clearly understand the meaning of the expiration date through active public relations, and it is necessary to strengthen legal regulations so that there are no cases of negative abuse.
