Abstract

The article examines the importance of scientific work in the Military of the National Guard of the Russian Federation, presents its types and activities, and also reveals its necessity for the teaching staff. The analysis of scientists' research on the formation of teachers' research readiness is carried out, and the ways of its formation are determined. The article presents the procedure and results of the conducted research to determine the degree of formation of the components of the research readiness of the teaching staff at the Military Institute of Rosgvardiya using open sources, as well as the module of the information and educational environment "Personal account of the teaching staff" developed at the university. Groups of teaching staff were identified as a result of identifying discrepancies between them in terms of education level and teaching experience. The specifics of the study consisted in working out the tools for assessing the research readiness of the teaching staff, as well as obtaining important information from the point of view of identification processes typical for Rosgvardiya universities.
