Abstract
The article examines the main aspects of the impact of telemedicine on labor relations, analyzes the issues that employers, employees, and medical personnel may face in the foreseeable future. In particular, the influence of telemedicine technologies on the transparency of the issuance of disability certificates was noted, options for interaction between a doctor and an employer when issuing prescriptions were proposed, and directions for the development of telemedicine during medical examinations of employees were noted. Within the framework of these issues, an analysis of the current legal regulation is provided, as well as changes to it are proposed.
