Abstract

The organization of quality control of food products is an important function of state control and supervisory authorities in Canada. Special attention in this country is paid to quality control of grain and grain products. The latter is due to the fact that Canada supplies most of its grain products for export. Some elements of the Canadian system of state grain quality control may also be of interest to Russia.
